Time for some changes: • No more thermoplastic ring, except during physio sessions & in risky situations. ? • The start of resistance exercises to gradually increase the strength in my finger. ?? The recovery process has been going well! Little by little, my finger gets more mobile and there’s almost no oedema left. 7 more weeks to go before I can carefully start climbing again. ?
